Called on short notice before the closing of our newly purchased condo, Gary responded quickly and performed a very thorough home inspection within a couple of days from the call. He then met me at a convenient location to my home and provided a detailed, quite understandable description of his findings, both regarding things which the builder will need to address and those measures for safety in the future my wife and I should address. By the next morning I received a detailed report of his findings presented in a clear, concise and cogent manner with accompanying pictures of key findings. I sent a summary of the findings to the builder. I highly recommend Gary to any prospective home buyer.
